Woody Biomass & Fine Biomass Gasification Solutions

OmniGNX gasification systems are designed to process a wide variety of biomass feedstocks, providing flexible and efficient renewable energy solutions for different industrial applications.

The Woody Biomass Gasifier is suitable for various types of woody biomass, including wood chips, wood waste, branches, forestry residues, and similar materials. To ensure optimal performance, the biomass must be prepared according to the size specifications of the selected gasifier model, with a recommended moisture content of less than 20%.

System capacities are available across a wide range, from 50 kg/hr to 2,000 kg/hr. For larger energy requirements, multiple gasifier units can be integrated to create scalable solutions tailored to project needs.

The Fine Biomass Gasifier is designed to process fine biomass materials such as pellets, processed agricultural residues, and other uniform biomass feedstocks. To achieve efficient gasification and stable operation, the feedstock should meet the specified particle size requirements and generally maintain a moisture content below 20%.
