Modular Biomass Gasification Power Generation Systems
OmniGNX provides small- to medium-scale modular biomass gasification power generation systems ranging from 50 kW to 2000 kW per module, designed to convert locally available biomass waste into clean and reliable energy. Rather than transporting biomass to centralized facilities, OmniGNX brings the energy solution directly to the fuel source, enabling efficient, decentralized power generation where energy is needed most.
1. Compact Footprint
OmniGNX modular systems require minimal installation space. A typical 1000 kWe biopower system can be installed within an area of less than 500 square meters, making it significantly more space-efficient than many other distributed renewable energy technologies.
2. Utilization of Local, Low-Cost Biomass
Our systems are designed to operate efficiently on locally available biomass resources. Less than 1 kg of dry biomass per hour is required for every kW of electricity generated, reducing the risk of exhausting local biomass supplies. When agricultural, forestry, or industrial residues are used as feedstock, fuel costs can be extremely low. In some cases, where biomass disposal incurs costs, converting waste into energy can effectively result in a negative feedstock cost while generating useful heat and power.

The modular design enables straightforward transportation, installation, and integration with on-site electrical and thermal loads. Pre-engineered modules eliminate the need for extensive custom construction, reducing project timelines and deployment costs. Multiple units can be combined to achieve higher power outputs while maintaining operational flexibility and reducing downtime during maintenance.
4. Grid-Quality Power Generation
OmniGNX systems produce clean syngas that fuels internal combustion engines and generators, delivering high-quality electrical power suitable for both on-site consumption and grid export. Systems can be configured to support AC or DC output, 50 Hz or 60 Hz frequencies, and a variety of voltage requirements in both single-phase and three-phase configurations.
5. Simple Maintenance
Maintenance requirements are straightforward and comparable to conventional engine-generator systems. Routine servicing includes ash removal, periodic inspection and cleaning of gasifier components, and maintenance of heat exchange equipment. With proper maintenance planning, system availability can exceed 90%, ensuring reliable long-term operation.
